Edit: I just edited my topic to be simple so you can understand it easily. When I set my widget background colors to white, the Poweramp "wave logo isn't very visible (it looks, but very vague). It would be better if the logo can match with the buttons color, so it would be visible (also very colorful). That's it. -- Original -- Hi Poweramp I know if my request is not very important, but I think it will help the future Poweramp appearance. So I'm using a Poweramp Widget on my home screen. I modified and set the color background of minimalistic theme of my widget to white because it will match with my wallpaper screen than black. I also change the buttons color to black because of the white bg. However, Im just hoping that the logo color will also match the color of the buttons. Because the logo won't appear if background set to white or other bright colors. It would be better looking if the album art is missing or not available. That is my request. Thanks. (sorry for my English)

Hello, Just a minor annoyance. Whenever i select a playlist widget from my home screen, the playlist is played in order. In order to shuffle the playlist, which i want to do, i have to click the shuffle icon on the bottom right of the screen, after selecting the widget. This will happen again if i select another playlist widget. For some reason, when i do this on my other phone, the playlist is played shuffled, automatically. Any suggestions?

I don't see any album art in widgets. I tried several types of widgets but none seem to work. I am using the newest Poweramp v3 (should be build 812). I use LG V30 with Android 8.0.0.

A minor issue : after I have started an album using the app, the widget immediately shows the correct album, but the display of the songs doesn't change when the song changes. After Stop/Start in the widget it then shows the correct song. Maybe this only happens when the display is off - just now while keeping it on it worked. By the way - does anybody know what a "meta background" is ? - can be ckecked on or off with the widget.

Hi, I'm using Poweramp on an HTC Bolt, and the default 4x1 widget is taking up an additional row, which is also causing some weird orientation issues with the right skip button. Wondering if there's a workaround or a potential fix in the future.

Widget works fine when added but after a while it freezes and becomes unusable, buttons stop responding. When it comes to the app itself, when I start it (starts in library), can't pull up last played song, the only thing that works is the play button so I have to to start some song in the library from the beginning in order to use it. Other than that, would be nice if the artist/album art search would actually search google pictures for instance and let us choose which one we want to set since most of the suggested ones are not related (I know we can download them ourselves and then use them in the app, but this would simply make it far easier if it's possible to implement it in the app). Other than those bugs, the app is perfect. Keep up the good work! (Not sure if this info is needed, using Nokia 5)

I own Samsung Galaxy S7 and after the most recent update of Poweramp beta I have encountered several issues concerning the app's widget 4x1: - no info is displayed just buttons and after pressing the buttons nothing happens - art cover and song info is displayed but pressing the buttons again have no effect All the issues above are temporarily solved after opening the app.

I love the look of Poweramp build 790 but I could not use it without a functional widget. I went looking for third-party widget options and settled on Buzz Widget. The default three widgets Buzz Widget came with are functional but the app allow many customisation similar to Poweramp own widgets. I have attached the two designs I came up with after a little time playing around. Just want to share this for anyone else in the same situation.

I cant open Poweramp direct from the widget. Only next, previous, shuffle and repeat keys are working in widget. But when it is touched somewhere else on the widget to open the player it remains unresponsive. In previous Google Play Store build was working fine. I'm using Android version 7.0.

I just got a new phone that came loaded with Oreo. Downloaded a copy of Poweramp 2 and transferred the license. My problem is that the widget drawer has no Poweramp playlist widget. I really, really need that widget, as I have 400 playlists I'd like the simple access that the widget allows. (I organize them into genre folders.) I hate having to scroll through 400 playlists in one long list. Does the Poweramp playlist widget not work with Oreo? If it is supposed to, how can I get that widget? Also, will it be available in Poweramp 3?

Requests: **Related to widget:** - Have a widget that also displays the current star rating (as there is no real other way to access it...) **Related to Program itself** - Intents to starrate songs (from 0 - 5 stars) Thats all. Nothing else I really need. You addressed everything else (and made it impossible to delete Poweramp till the day I die comes) On a personal note: You did an outstanding job on Poweramp. Just when I thought you couldn't improve it any more, you went ahead and added visualizers and a "Most Played" Playlist. Simply amazing *bows and takes of imaginary hat*

One of the only areas that Poweramp is lacking, in my opinion, is track ratings management, I have seen many requests to have ratings stored within the MP3 tracks themeselves, but have not seen any asking to include this rating feature on the Poweramp widget(s). OFTEN I wish I had this capability, like i had previously with a competing music player. Can this be added?

Need the ability to have a widget on the home screen that allows the user to select a particular or custom preset such as in car or headphones or Bluetooth and have Poweramp equalizer presets activate. An example being I like my bass at 73% when listening through headphones but that setting distorts the sound quality through my car speakers when plugged in, hence I'd like my bass dropped to 0%. A small widget on the home screen with this functionality would make a huge difference I'm out lives.

All my song album art is displayed in a rather low resolution in the widget. The resolution is fine when in app. I've tried restarting my device, restarting the app, and changing between different albums. I just downloaded the app for this device and haven't had this issue with my previous phone (Moto X). I've tried different album arts but the art in the attached screenshot is an 1800 x 1800 jpg. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this glitch but it's really annoying. Using Nexus 6P with 7.1.1 and newest Poweramp (was in the beta but I left to see if that might resolve it). For some reason the 2x2 widget and the 4x2 widget are actually 2x3 and 4x3 and I can't adjust it.

Dear developers and @admin! Now is's impossible to add "smart" playlist as widget on desktop. But i think, it can help a lot of people to listen musiŃ more comfortable. Especially, car drivers of all the world must like it!

This bug is present since i purchased Poweramp years ago. When the Album Art is a wide image, the buttons to switch songs are disappearing. The attached image says more than 1000 words. Please fix this by setting max-width for widget album art. Thanks.

It would be great to have a "EQ Presets Widget", to allow change EQ settings with one touch button. Many people is installing other equalizers apps just to have this killer feature. Greetings.

Dear developer, I would suggest a small increase in customization of Poweramp widget that despite the variety, can improve (specifically the widget Poweramp 2x2). One of the most interesting features of the widget customization is the "translucent" where you can make visible or invisible some interface elements, although the tool work well when you want to hide, for example, the background or the album art widget, unfortunately the same does not apply to "text". It would be interesting to also control the translucent of the text and leave visible only other elements such as, for example, the album art if the user so desires. Thus, different combinations of two or more widgets could be created in home screen leaving more customizable and personal music player. I'm not sure if this is an issue with Poweramp or SwiftKey, but I'm sure it's something Poweramp can address. Whenever I search for a song and select it to play, my device's keyboard remains visible, and stays visible until I explicitly get rid of it by pressing the back button or closing the app itself. As soon as a song is selected, the keyboard should go away completely. Currently, the keyboard still stays up after a song is selected, granted without the prediction bar. Not only does the keyboard occupy a large part of my device's screen just by being up, it stays up during the Poweramp lock screen, which is unacceptable. If they keyboard was up when I turned off my screen, it stays up when I unlock my phone and am sent to the widget. If I hit 'back' to minimize the keyboard, I'm sent to my original lock screen. The keyboard covers all the buttons on the lock screen, so changing songs is really annoying.

Hi everybody, I updated Poweramp on my cellphone and now the home large widget, which I often used, is not working properly anymore. It just stands displaying the first song's name and album cover and if I attempt to change song or list the song will change, but the song's name and album cover will remain the same. I already tried re-installing, deleting cache and user data, even deleting the folder from the SD Card to do a proper clean installation but it just won't work. Personally I find the widget feature very useful and this is a pretty annoying bug, since I had not it before updating the application. I hope there is a way to fix this or, if possible, that I can find a way to restore my previous installation until a fix comes out. Please reply if you have the same problem or know a way to fix this so we can highlight this topic and maybe some dev or mod will see it. Have a lovely day -
I use more than one application that has "control headset buttons" switch in settings. Would be great if I can easily switch that setting with some shortcut or widget (can be integrated in the existing one or can be separate). So I don't have to have application turned on, go to settings, headset/bluetooth settings and then check what I need.
