First of all, I really like the new update. It took a little getting used to but after some menu digging I'm finding it a real pleasure to use. My only suggestion would be in regards to the artist images, portrait and square pictures fit perfectly to their frames, however landscape orientation photos sit awkwardly and spoil the rounded aesthetic slightly. Is there a way to implement something to detect what the shortest edge of the image is and crop or zoom to that?

hi. I have selected folders in my music folder to show up. it's there a way to have only the root folder be listed (and not all the folders inside all the music folders)? I don't see see a setting where I can control level of folders that to be displayed (only root folder or root +1 folder level inside root folder, etc.) thanks so much in advance.

When I go to view the folders, it seems to show me literally every folder scanned by Poweramp. However, I only want the top level folders shown. For example, I have folder_artist1 as a folder and folder_artist2 as another folder. Inside folder_artist1, I have several folders such as folder_albums, folder_singles, folder_live, etc. For folder_artist2, I have something similar. When I go to view the folders, I only want to see folder_artist1 and folder_artist2--I don't want to see a bunch of subfolders listed alongside these two "root" level folders.

You should be able to view playlists by Album, in the same manner you would navigate the "Albums". Example: https://i.imgur.com/v22IvHH.png Similar to iTunes: http://imgur.com/1v2Kay3 If you have a playlist of say, your favorite Albums this would make playing them much easier to navigate and aesthetically pleasing. It's a feature I've always wanted on my phone, and I yet to see anyone implement it on a mobile music player.

I have some Albums that I really like to listen to regularly, however I don't like having to dig through all my albums just to find one. Is there currently a way to set a playlist so it is viewed as a list of Albums (as if you chose "Albums" instead of "Playlists")?

I have a problem with how my song list within selected artists are visualized. My music is nested within different album folders. When I attempt to access a song within a specified artist directory, I have to root through each album to find the song I want. SOOO ANNOYING. If you want to compete with other apps, at least make it capable of visualizing the complete song list under artists, instead of having to search through multiple albums to locate specific songs.
