  1. Hello, First my device, Huawei Nova 5T. Recently I bought a USB DAC SoundBlaster G3, after my 32bit/384KHZ USB-C to jack 3.5mm cable passed away... But the new DAC supposed to play at 24bit/96khz... so... when I plug y my cellphone its locked at 16bit/48khz. What happened, if before plays perfectly with a 3$ USD cable but now with a 50$ DAC is impossible to play a better sample at 16bit/48khz? I tried all the outputs and configs, Open SL ES, Hi-Res Open SE, AudioTrack, AAudio.... Float32 Sample... and not works... (The DAC is OK, works perfectly on my PC) Pls help
  2. Hello everyone. I've purchased Poweramp awhile back and have used it with no issues on my Galaxy S9 along with my Tempotec Sonata HD Pro DAC capable of 384kHz/32bit output. On the S9 it would default to 192khz/24bit output with the Audiotrack output selected in the audio settings. I've purchased a new phone (Xiaomi Poco X3) running MIUI 12.0.2 Android Q. Upon installing Poweramp (v3, b884), the output of the USB DAC is limited to 48kHz/16bit on both OpenSL and Audiotrack. I could alter the sampling rate by enabling Hi-res output, but that introduces a lot of latency. On the S9 with Audiotrack output selected, the sampling rate was 192kHz with low latency of around 80ms compared to the Xiaomi hi-res output having 200ms with 96kHz selected. My questions are: 1) What could be causing this issue? My guess is the stock player interferes with Poweramp's direct access to USB audio. 2) Is there a difference in altering the sampling rate on Hi-res output vs allowing the native sampling rate of the device (192kHz/24bit) to be utilized when Audiotrack output is used? Thanks and hope you could help me out. Attached are screenshots of the issue in question. https://i.imgur.com/ctVfnEn.jpg
  3. PA build 884 Vivo NEX 3S 5G Android 10 iBasso DC02 when playing audio through USB-C the audio pans to the left (off-balance by about -0.1). can be fixed using iBasso UAC app
  4. Not sure if this has been an issue previously, as I never had occasion to test it before, however noticed today when I tried using standard headphones with my USB DAC on my Pixel 2, Poweramp refuses to use the Hi-Res output and forces the normal profile with the wired headset/aux output. This is very odd to me because if I plug in a male-to-male 3.5mm cable to connect it to my car's audio system, or any other type of line input, it correctly selects the USB DAC under the Hi-Res profile with all the exact same hardware. Can anyone shed some light on this possibly strange bug? Many thanks. Edit: Just did a bit more testing, and I suspect this might be an unintentional bug. I have a pair of original Beats Solo headphones that have a 3.5mm connector on them. If I connect the male-to-male cable to my USB DAC before plugging the other end into the headphones, PA switches to Hi-Res with the USB DAC and I can plug the headphones in and we're off to the races. However, if I first plug the cable into the headphones and THEN into the USB DAC, PA picks it up as headset/AUX under the standard output. Neat thing, but it allows me to test the difference, and with flac or 320kbit mp3, there is a MASSIVE difference between the audio for the standard and Hi-Res output, so I would kindly ask for this to be investigated as I would absolutely love to have that kind of high quality experience with my Sennheisers that sadly do not have a removable cable like my Beats. Thank you very much! Edit2: forgot my OS, on stock Pie with latest updates, build number is PPR2.180905.005
  5. I'm using Mi 8 with MIUI10. And when I use the "HTC Type-c to 3.5mm Headphone J" , the output device is identified as "Wired Headset/AUX" instead of "USB DAC".(I have enabled them in Hi-Res Output). It seems llike that the player can't use the exclusive mode(usb dac) although it can work well in headset mode.
  6. Hello, Do Poweramp support bitperfect output to usb DAC? I have fiio Q1 mk2 and galaxy A8. When I connect them via OTG, powepamp show me that output is fixed to 16bit 194 kHz
