I really want to like Poweramp, but there is cracking and popping on playback on a LG running Lollipop. I adjusted the Preamp and Limit. The issue persists. Is it possible to fix this? Thank you. -
Lollipop natively supports opus but Poweramp will not read them at all AFAIK, opus are in an ogg container with .opus extension. I cut my library size down by 30-40% by switching from AAC to opus but I'm having to use Rocketplayer atm

Poweramp version: 2.0.10-build-579-play Android Version: Lollipop (5.0.2) Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 (SM-T530NU) Tablet recently upgraded to Lollipop; after upgrade, Poweramp will occasionally freeze while playing music. By freeze, I mean that the music does not play and the notification icon/player control does nothing. Other functions (accessing settings, rescanning library) appear to work, but the music does not play. Всем, доброго времени суток. Asus Zenfone 5 lollipop Лицензия куплена через маркет. Не переключает треки через виджет: ни во время блокировки, ни из шторки. Приходится ставить специальный экран блокировки от Poweramp (что не очень удобно). На 4.xx проблем никогда не было. Прикрепляю фотографии под спойлером. Извините что таким образом, если через форму делать, то громоздко слишком выходит. Заранее спасибо!

Hi. I'm having some problems with audio (skips/short cuts) on lollipop with the 579 build version available on the website. This problems seem to not happen on the 575 build version from the playstore, but I had already bought the website version. So I like to download the 575 version from website, It's possible? I have already tried the common solutions (buffer size, SDcard, file format etc ) for the audio issue with no effect and the playstore version seems to have no problems, so I think install the 575 version is the best option for now. Poweramp 2.0.10 Build 570 HTC One M7 GPE Lollipop 5.01 Stock Rom I recently updated to Lollipop 5.01 and I am having many issues with Poweramp. Resume on Bluetooth only works after fresh boot, after pause or disconnect, does not resume automatically and doesn't respond to any bluetooth buttons (play, ffwd, rewind). Widget also doesn't respond to button press, have to open app to have buttons respond. Widget seems to "lock up" all homescreen button presses. Play notification remains persistent even after opening app and pressing pause. Reboot required to remove notification. Tried uninstallin -
I downloaded the new Android Lollipop for my Sony Xperia Z1. Since doing so I can launch the app, and the app runs, but when I hit play...no music. It says it's playing, but nothing comes out of the speakers. With or without headphones. Anything I can do to fix this, please? Cheers, Fluffyhayden -
Implement Lollipop non-sensitive flag in Poweramp so we can use lockscreen controls. Pretty please! -
