  1. It would be great for us users with music files that have embedded lyrics in them if we could display the lyrics with just one touch (like it could be shown instead of the album cover, similar to Samung Music), and display the lyrics from the lock screen without the need to unlock it. Also, putting a toggle in settings for it would be neat for users who won't this feature. 🤗
  2. Hello, In some cases, embedded album artwork is displayed corrupted inside of Poweramp, even in when I have not transcoded the file for use on my phone. The very same files display their album art correctly within foobar2000, but in Poweramp, the embedded album art only renders the first few rows of the image before it turns into blank grey. In this particular case, every file of a MP3 album has the same embedded image (manually via mp3tag) and each file shows the same corruption. There is no front.jpg or similar in the directory that they reside in. Perhaps Poweramp has issues reading ID3v2.4 tags? I've experienced this before in the past and cannot recall if those files were also ID3 (MP3) or VorbisComments (FLAC/OPUS). After a bit of further experimentation, it seems the problem is more to do with the actual transferring process, as deleting the files, full rescanning, and re-transferring the files seems to have fixed the problem. I'm not sure if it's Windows' fault for transferring poorly or something to do with Poweramp reading incorrectly. I did resave the tags (without changing them prior to re-transferring) in mp3tag to rewrite/refresh the tags and perhaps that helped too, but all this time foobar2000 has had no issue displaying the artwork as it should be. It's a bit unclear what the issue is, all I know is that on occasion, I've experience corrupted embedded album art in Poweramp. I haven't thought to test albums that exhibit this bug in another player but I will do so next time. Is this a known issue? I would submit a test file but after re-transferring the files, the bug is no more. Screenshot of corruption (notice the rows of pixels stop rendering). Thanks. Moto G4, v3-build-820-play
  3. Hi, I'm a new Poweramp user (great app!) and have been spending some time getting to know the app's features. As I import albums onto my phone (Samsung S4) I see that a single album on my laptop will create multiple "albums" in the Poweramp library. Usually, these additional albums all have different cover art and contain only one or two songs. I know this is not unique to Poweramp, I had a similar issue with MixZing, but since I've purchased this app and plan to use it exclusively I figured I should know how to get this library issue cleared up. I'm guessing it has something to do with how the individual mp3 or flac song files are tagged. If I understand the threads I've been reading, tagging is like metadata or headers for the file content to order it in a logical fashion within whatever program is doing the ordering. But that's about all I know or have guessed at this point. So, if anyone is familiar with the above problem specifically, or can recommend a general primer on Poweramp features, I would be grateful. Thanks.

    Embedded CUE sheets

Hi, I manages to use my created .CUE files alongside the album files successfully. I just want to know what files format should I use if I want to make use of the EMBEDDED CUE sheets? Regards, B
  5. I embed the cover of the song by Foobar2000. But in Poweramp, it seems only support JPEG format.

    Embedded Album Art

Hi! I don't know if there has been any request similar to this! I would love have an option that allow user to embed/integrate the album art into the mp3 file itself since the app has already been able to write tags. I really like the album-art-grabbing feature from Poweramp which provides accurate result. Another request: For the music files without album art, Poweramp automatically display the one inside the folder which is wrong and I have to manually select "no album art", is there anyway to get around this? Thank you very much!

    Embedded cuesheet

Poweramp has supported independent .cue file, for those whole discrip lossless files. Would you consider appending the support to embedded cue (a tag named "Cuesheet" embedded in file)? Many people use this to avoid managing two separated files for each disc.
