  1. so it has been a bit over a month since i posted this, an update happened yet the problem still persists. should i report this bug to an actual dev?
  2. that is precisely what happens. it used to work fine before the update. any idea on how to fix it? or what version i should return to in order to not have it be like this anymore?
  3. this problem only occurs when i'm out of the queue, listening off an album or playlist. i do not know what to believe, because it's always placed after the first song upon queuing up a single song. and when i queue up a whole album it's in the right order but it always places the songs AFTER the ones already there. sort of mixes them up, but they're always in the right order. it's just strange. sad, too, cause this was one of my most used features always found it to be very convenient.
  4. @andrewilley i know about this feature, and made sure to have it set on "Play Next". it's still not quite what i need.
  5. after recently updating my app, i noticed that the "Play Next" feature for the Queue works differently, and in a very frustrating way. in the past, upon using "play next" the selected tracks would be placed at the start of the queue, before everything else that already appears in it. i really loved that feature cause i'm very indecisive when listening to music. was disappointed to find out it works differently now. let's say i have an album queued up (eg. Space Is The Place) but i decided to listen to a bunch of other tracks before it (eg. the Bob Dylan songs). but instead of placing the dylan tracks before the respective album, they're being shoved in-between, one after each track. same goes when I have only one track, the "play next" button places it after the first track that is already queued up, making the song that "Plays Next" to actually be the second one in the queue. i'd like to either get an explanation as to why this is happening, maybe an indication as to how i'm supposed to set the preferences up for the feature to work differently, either suggest a patch for this. thanks for taking your time in reading this!
  6. @John Titor thanks a ton brother, figured out the issue cause of you.
  7. @John Titor my android version is 9 PPR1.180610.001, and the MIUI version is 11.0.5.0
  8. @andrewilley yeah i did that but it still didn't change a thing, i'm on 11.0.5 if that is relevant. it's strange cause this phone is newer so i really don't know why would it possibly not access a feature that an older phone can. should i reinstall the app?
  9. Basically I switched phones recently and on the old one I had a way of seeing the song duration outside of the app, in the notification bar. However on the new one I can't seem to find for the life of me the setting that enables this. The installed apps seem to be the same version on both phones so i really can't figure out the issue. I have attached two screenshots to demonstrate the difference, first pic being from the old phone and the second from the new one.
