I have the same problems with the track data in Car Diplay. I can only confirm that this is a problem of Poweramp. Also had to downgrade to build 828, where all track data works. It's a pity that Poweramp can't handle this anymore. I think the app is one of the best music apps available and I want to benefit from the new features. So I'll just settle for the status of May 2019. What a pity!
