Although I have another question. After I edited the playlist in Poweramp, how can I save the new playlist in order to import it for instance into my TV Box? Another point: The first playlist I imported into Poweramp received logos from the Radio stations. But not from the current playlist. Edit: I think I got it: Share - X-Plore and it saves it as m3u8. The Logos appears when I play a station. So, with that I think I have everything I need to edit my playlist.

Hello Once I added a playlist of webradio stations. Now, months later I would like to add another webradio playlist. But I forgot how I did it. I can add a playlist under Playlist. Then I could enter a url but the m3u file is local. What do missing? Yhank you. Sorry, I just figured it out. Just open the m3u file with Poweramp. Somethimes the answer brings when writing down the question. Still love this app. Couldn't imagine to use anything else.

That did the trick. It plays for hours without interruption. Nice, so I have my personal Webradio-Playlist in Poweramp integrated.

Hello I created a nice Radio playlist. It's really cool that Poweramp finds the logos for most of the channels. There is one issue. After a while, a radio station stops to play. I higher the buffer already. Usually I sleep with a Radio Station, played by VLC and the stream broke down. So I guess this must be possible with Poweramp too which would be nice becaue then I have all in one aopp. What else could I do to improve it? Edit; under Misc, I set Network Buffer to 2.5mb. Network Stream Timeout is at 30. Should I both values turn higher? I changed values now to 60 seconds and 4mb. May be that helps. What I don't understand is User Agent. Not sure what an input would there be expected..

Thanks again I found the folder, but it won't me help further. Because the logos are named as the stream is. I hoped they would be named like the name of the channel.

I tried MiExplorer with root. I can enter the folder of Poweramp. But the only folder in there is milk_presets. Do I looking at a wrong path> Edit: I got it. MiExplorer shows everything.

Ok, I'm using x-plore file manager. But will try Solid Explorer. I would like the Radio Logos to Tivimate (an IPTV Player for Android TV Boxes) where I added the same Radio playlist. May be it works. Tivimate loads Logos automatically for TV channels, but not for Radio channels. A quick other question: If I delete certain channels from my Radio Playlist in Poweramp, will this cannels only get hidden, or does it delete the etry within the .m3u playlist? I would prefer the latter, so I could use exact the same playlist on other devices.

Hello I just found this page: The issue is with Android 12, that I don't have access to the Android folder. Any suggestions to get access? A windows pops up to chose a folder. Bat that doesn't help. Another solution could be to save all the art files on external SD card.. Is it possible? Then I found this soluten which worked at that time. I guess I was on A8 or A10: But unfortunately, the sane applies here. When I open Android folder all I see is are the following folders: Android, data, media, obb, obj. But Android doen't allow me to open Android. All what happens is a popup which Asks me for access to internal storage. There I can select the desired folder like data and a pop up appears with the name Special access to Internal Storage. I click on Grant Access, but nothing changes, I think it has to do with the new restrictions from Android. This confirms he following thread. My music is all on the SD card. Only Artwork seems to be in the internal folder. I would like to backup those folders manually, or even better set the default order for the artwork into my Msic folder in SD card.

Thanks. That is the way I wanted it. Another question; since I'm using only folder hierarchy, is there a way to put the playlist into this section? So I would have all together. If I delete a radio channel, will Poweramp this channel only ignore on the future, or does it delete also the entry within the m3u playlist. I could check it by myself. But I guess you know the answer. Deleting the entry would be fine. Then I could use the same playlist also on other devices.

Hi I opened a .m3u radio playlist with Poweramp. Now it's under Stream. So far so good. The only issue I have is the sorting. It should list the radio stations in the same order as they are within the .m3u file. Now it looks random. Is there a way to do it?

Hello I red from a post in this forum that Poweramp runs quite good on a TV box, controlling by remote control. Regarding to the media I could attach a USB drive to the box. But I wonder if there is a way to use a network folder as media source. Possible?

Ok, backup and restore was successful. But there is one thing which is not right. When I play a album, at the bottom of the screen it says: Doesn't look like anything to me Actually there should be information about the playing song. Edit: I deleted a sync file in the music folder and made a re-scan. All good now.

Hello I'll change my rom. Therefore I have already exported settings/data and Album Art checked. How do I back up Artist art? I don't use playlist. Only folder hierarchy. So after install Poweramp on the new rom I'll scan the Music folder on my external SD card. My question: Can I backup Artict arts? And is there anything else I should/could backup of which I didn't think of it yet?

Yes, that's true. The idea is to open the song in Spotify where I can click on the interpret and see if I'm interested in his other stuff.

When I select Artists from the home screen (Library) I get the list with all Artists. I see that some Artists Art (image) are loaded for the Artists. When I scroll down there are many without a picture. If I wait a moment and stopping scrolling Poweramp downloads those missing images. Under settings - Album Art / Download Artist Images is enabled as well as Download Album Art. May be I'm missing another setting which allows Poweramp to downloading all Artist Images. So yo get all Artist Images I would have to scroll down the list slowly. Is there a way around it? Thanks.

Just an idea. Like in Shazam where it allows you to open respectively searching the song on Spotify. I use a folder on Poweramp with different interprets, collected over time from listening Radio stations, Movis sounds and so on. Sometimes I wonder what other music a particular interpret has to offer. Not important, I can search manually for the interpret on Spoify, it would be just a 'nice to have feature'. Poweramp now makes really fun. It took a wile to solve some issues with Bluetooth, audio output.... Thanks to this forum and great support all is good now. I knew the potential of Poweramp so I never gave up.

I did exactly this and the outcome is surprisingly good. Then I installed the Poweramp Equalizer (30Day trial) just out of curiosity. But it has no effect to the audio output but the volume wheel. Restarted both apps and rebooted the phone. But I'm even not sure for who this app is an enrichment since we still we have already an built in equalizer in the Poweramp app.

OK, I understand. So I'll continue to manage my folders on the PC and the sync it. I just found an Bluetooth FM transmitter with USB plug. I connected it to my phone and listen at home with my audio system. Also here no issues. So, is the culprit my Bluetooth FM transmitter in the car? One would think sow. But when why only on Poweramp and no other apps. I don't know which BT version the transmitter uses. I see newer one are advertised as BT Version 5.1. Could this help or is it completely irrelevant. It would be easier if the issues would appear on every app I'm using to listen music. But that's not the case. Kinda weird.

Good afternoon. I only use folder hierarchy. I'm basically have the exact same folder hierarchy local on my PC where I also move songs from folder to another one. Then I'm using the software freefilesync to synchronize between local folders and folders on my Android device. Now, let's say I accidentally added a song to wrong folder. Is there a way within the Poweramp to move the song to another folder? This would be a great way to organize the songs, and after a while using freefilesync to synchronize it. If this is possible I would like to request it Now that I'm getting more and more familiar with Poweramp, solved some issues with your help, setting up the app to my personal preferences the app makes really fun. But i still struggling to get a clear output to bluetooth. The crackling got better after I set a higher buffer, but it's still there. The in some songs, for instance when trumpet makes a high tone it sounds distorted. With or without pre-amp. As a example one song: Round Midnight (feat. John Coltrane) from the Album Miles Davis, John Coltrane -'Round about Midnight. The trumpet i played very high and through bluetooth it gets completely destroyed. In my case it's a FLAC file. I tried different bluetooth audio outputs. Bluetooth sound from other apps like webradio, youtube and so on is fine. It's weird. I have an old very cheap bluetooth headphone here. With his device there is no distortion. But the frequency band is limited there anyway. I could blame my Bluetooth FM transmitter in the car, but then again, why only on Poweramp. I listen mainly Jazz on Poweramp and Jazz on FM stations. With the latter no issues. Thanks
