So I just got an update for my note 20 ultra here in the states, carrier locked and now magically Poweramp doesn't completely bonk out on me now. No sd card issues, no library mishaps. Nothing

@maxmp thanks max, I'm gonna go check it out myself. But I'm assuming everything listed are the only fixes, and they're temporary fixes as well? Nothing that sticks after a reboot

I've done that plus literally everything here at least 4 to 5 times already. It doesn't fix the issue. It's an actual bug somewhere that needs to be fixed, no temporary fixes are all that good. They all revert after a simple restart. No other music app I use does that. I wish someone would say that they'll try to actually fix the bug in the app instead of try to offer a bunch of unstable workarounds.

I hate the circumstances but I'm glad I'm not the only one who's had this issue. Honestly I came to to the forum to actually report on this bug since there doesn't seem to be an exact fix that'll stick after a reboot. I'm still having these issues myself even after doing basically everything listed in the forum. Hopefully this bug is identified properly and solved

Honestly I'm glad this is getting traction. Its showing folks have legitimate need/want and use for having a pitch slider 😊 here's hoping in the future the feature can get turned on.

I like singing as well and pitch Shifting helps as well. I can't match some pitches and bringing the original to my own makes it more enjoyable instead of it seeming to be a chore

I'm not gonna lie it'd honestly just be nice to have that option/feature. There may be users out there who don't know about the forums and would look at it as a nice surprise that they've wanted but didn't know how to request. Also, since Poweramp can do this internally could we maybe turn this feature on in a future update? It'd be a nice addition, and it's just something fun to play with.

@Fitzian thats what I'm essentially saying, for Poweramp to have to sliders or dials actually. Two separate ones would work great I just hope it can be/is implemented. I'm hoping a mod sees this to put a bug in the devs ear

It'd be nice to have a pitch shifter just as a nice feature to go along with the speed changer. Not have them one in the same but a separate slider. I like changing pitch in some songs temporarily just for jokes or laughs, maybe even changes the mood for some instrumental tracks.

Probably less of a feature than it is an implementation. Honestly for one I wonder if it's possible and for two I think it would just be nice to be able to I have our liked or favorite songs also be backed up with like our layout settings theme settings and everything else that gets backed up when you export settings in Poweramp to make that backup file. It'd be really useful for when you're switching the phone or you have to reset your phone completely you could just have everything and I mean everything saved to that file instead of just the settings there's also your favorite songs as well so you don't have to basically restart a favorite songs list, you know? If you have a lot of music and you have your entire library on shuffle and you come across all these songs that you really really like that stand out from the rest it's really a pain to have to go back and try to find those exact songs so having the information of the like song list preserved some sort of way within settings would be a great addition.
