  1. Thank you for the fairly frequent updates Max.
  2. I think this bug has already been mentioned but I have been having problems since the previous release with tracks not auto-advancing unless crossfade is enabled.
  3. Thank you Andre, I was wondering what it did for a while.
  4. Can anyone tell me what exactly is DVC and what it does besides that it "improves volume and equalizer/tone dynamic range"?
  5. It works beautifully now after reinstalling it. I also reverted back to the alpha for the same reason.
  6. Many people say the same but personally, I think they both sound the same even though version 709 uses a better audio engine.
  7. The only hi-res output option I am getting is direct HD and not opensl HD on my V30 with Android Oreo. I know that they are likely equivalent except for opensl HD having 32 bit float sample format but I am just curious as to why this is happening. Max said that opensl HD is supported on the V30 so I don't get why the option is not present. I also have a feature request, can you add the ability to have Poweramp follow the sample rate of music that is currently playing, it is annoying to keep having to change it manually.
  8. UI is subjective and I can't call anyone's opinion on the matter right or wrong. The new UI works better for some and not so much for others and progress might not always be good but MD will make Poweramp more accessible to more people. I personally miss the buttons and I also hate gestures but I can live with them. Maybe a future update will bring back the buttons.
  9. The quad dac should be being used if it is turned on and poweramps's hi-res works on both Oreo and Nougat so music shouldn't be downsampled. I could be wrong but I am pretty sure that the stock LG player resamples all audio to 16 bit/48khz. I generally use USB audio player pro as well.
  10. The dac works with any music player but it is most often not used at its full potential due to resampling. I can confirm that hi-res works with the V30 with Nougat, but I don't know if it works with opensl HD with Oreo.
  11. If I remember correctly LG stopped doing this since the V10. The dac should still work if it is enabled just not at it's fullest potential depending on the music player you are using.
  12. I know that blackplayer doesn't take full advantage of the V30 quad dac, I was trying that the quad dac is still used if it is enabled.
