  1. I've been a Poweramp Pro user for years and have been 100% satisfied with it...until just recently. Like many (or most) other users, I have created numerous Playlists out of the nearly 2,000 mp3's I have on my phone. Each Playlist contains between 150 and 200 songs. When I'm listening to a Playlist in my car and reach my destination, I shut Poweramp down until I get back in my car and am ready to resume my Playlist. I hit PLAY, it resumes the cut that was playing when I shut it down, but at the end of that song, instead of continuing with the next song on that particular Playlist, Poweramp goes back to my full 2,000 song library and begins there. In order to get it back on track, I have to go into the settings on that particular Playlist, do a manual reshuffle and start all over again. It works flawlessly until I shut it down and try to resume that Playlist at a later time. But...that means there are some tunes that I hear every time I play the Playlist, and some that never get heard at all. And again, when I stop playing Poweramp, then resume playing, it does the same thing; finishes the song that was playing, then jumps to the main list of every song on my phone and starts there. I've checked every setting over and over, I have "shuffle" turned OFF, and I manually do a Playlist reshuffle whenever I want to rearrange the songs on that particular (or any) Playlist. Any suggestions? Ideas? Recommendation? Bueller? Thanks in advance for any and all responses.

  3. Well, the Power Amp team apparently doesn't give a shit about what it's users want - PAID users! I posted a request for a "Segue" option - "Radio Mode" as known by some - over a year ago. Crossfading sounds like crappola 90% of the time (especially when the tune fading out ends cold) and there's really no way to make it sound good. It seems odd to me that Neutron features a Segue...even the now defunct Winamp could be programmed to seque. But Power Amp, the #1 music app on the market, can't find the time to work it in. Granted, I love Power Amp, I've used it for years, and will continue to do so. But as soon as somebody comes out with an app that offers Power Amps features AND a "Segue" option, myself and many others are gonna jump ship. Since Power Amp doesn't seem too concerned about keeping its customers happy, why should we be loyal to Power Amp? C'mon Team - it can't be that complicated to implement, and would surely be appreciated...and USED! Thanks for letting me vent. That is all. Thanks for playing.
  4. Hopefully the Poweramp team reads these Forums, because this is one post that they need to see. Working in radio for almost 20-years,this feature is a MUST for users like me who want to use what we call a "segue" instead of the standard crossfade. The only other app that uses the seque method is Neutron...but the rest of that app is so complicated I gave up on trying to figure it out. Apparently the Poweramp team isn't too concerned with their PAID users' requests, since we've been asking for this feature for years. Come on guys, it can't be that complicated to implement: While song #1 is fading out, song #2 starts at a time set by the user (usually 2-4 seconds before song #1 fades out completely) at 100% full volume. It sounds totally awesome, and I (along with many others, apparently) would like to see it added to Poweramp...yesterday. I've been using Poweramp for years...and I paid for it almost as soon as I downloaded and started using it. I know thousands of PAID users use the app, so it's not like the developers can't afford to add the feature. If you want to know exactly how you set up the seque feature, download the trial version of Neutron. All features work for 14 days, so it would give you time to autopsy the app and find out how to implement the feature. You won't regret it. PLEASE -- I'm begging the Poweramp Gods to add the "segue" feature to an already awesome app...and I assure you, you would rule the market. Thanks in advance...and I hope you don't disappoint me.
