  1. Hi, I am in the version 797 of the beta. The Poweramp service is taking a lot of battery in idle, more than whasapp for example. The wackelock detail is this: "com.maxmpz.audioplayer.player.Playerservice temp" I know there is an option in settings to keep the service, it is uncheck but the service is still loaded. Any help?
  2. For any reason the Poweramp service drains a lot of battery (when Poweramp is on idle, not using it) , more than whatsapp for example. I dont understand why is so much power consuming. Is there any option in the settings to get it more battery friendly?. I repeat is only when I am not using the player (the app is open in the background and the service is running) The only choice is to close Poweramp app? I dont remember this was happening in previous versions of the beta...
  3. Hi, nice beta, I just found a bug with the headset ( I dont know if is my phone or the app) but the sound and the new skin is superb!! I have a Mi4c with miui8 (android 7.0). My headset is the xiaomi Hybrid Pro HD. So the problem comes with the mid button of the headset. I can play the music for 20-30mins with no problems but when I pause or dobleclick in the mide button of the Hybrid pro, after that, something happens and the phone start to get really really hot (and of course the battery start to drain really fast). The only solution for me is to not touch the mid button of the headset or just disable in Poweramp settings the "respond to buttons" option. ( I tried with different options in the wired head set (single press etc) with no lucky. I dont know what happens but this is a conflict with Miui and Poweramp
  4. Hi, After I lock screen when using Hi-Res Output i have issues with the sound so I activated the Poweramp settings-Misc-Tweaks-Use Wakelock. The problem was solved. Now I am trying to reduce the power comsumtion of Poweramp and If I check in Amplify app I can see the wakelock from Poweramp that I activated: com.maxmpz.audioplayer.player.Playerservice playing can I limit this wakelock with Amplify in any way to reduce the battery drain?
  5. hi, thanks you. Finally I found the wakelock option that looks like solve the problem. I also increased the buffer. Performance has improved but still there is a little crackling sound. Only one more question, as Poweramp is my principal music player I uninstalled music.fx app in my android. This also could be possible a source of problems? I understand that musicfx is a driver from android but Poweramp use its own driver for the sound chip. Is this correct and there is no problem uninstalling musicfx? sorry if this is a noob question
  6. Hi, I updated to the Poweramp V3 on my xiaomi mi4c (Miui 7, v5.1) Sound is great and I like the Hi-Res Out. My problem is that when I lock the screen the music starts to crackling sometimes. This only happens when I lock the phone with the Poweramp (Hi-Res Out)running on the background. Somebody know why this is happening and what should I do? Mi4c: snapdragon 808 with miui7 (android 5.1) Thanks in advance.
  7. Hi, I have a mi4c with a pair of xiaomi Hybrid headphones. I purchased the Poweramp app pro for listening to music. My mainly problem is that I have a noise sound at low volume levels, is like a static buzz and look like is relating to the sound settings of Miui. I tried everything in the Poweramp settings but I cannot find a way to solve it. Also I tried to modify the mixer_paths.xml file of Miui but I cannot get with the correct settings. Could you please help me with this? I cannot find many information of how to get rid of this static noise. I found a similar problem here but looks like works better on CM13 since on Miui7 the noise is still there after the modifications: https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-3/how-to/fix-crackling-static-noise-headphones-t3453004 Thanks in advance Edit, I attached the original mixer_paths.xml file from Miui mixer_paths.xml
