  1. Simply the list was shifted by one in the actual app compared to the notification, which was showing the actually playing song. Clinking on new songs would play the next one in the list but show the cover and name of the clicked one. I don't think I could tell you much more unfortunately.
  2. This happened in the Most Played Playlist. The most played Playlist is actually now all offsetted by one, meaning that if I click on any songs in the list, it actually plays the next one in the list. My guess? By playing some songs in the list, their order in the internal list changed but the UI didn't update to show the change.
  3. As per title, you can verify by the Screenshots. Pressing next in the app moves to the next song and shows in the app what was previously showing in the notification, but the current song in the notification is the one that is actually playing. Clicking on things like: go to album, goes to the correct, currently playing album, and not the one displayed in the app. Samsung Galaxy S10, latest android, latest Poweramp but anyway this has also, rarely, been happening for ages and spans multiple versions of OS and app.
  4. This has been a bug for ages and no other music player has and it's annoying.
  5. For over a year whenever I click on the Poweramp widget to open the app, it is unresponsive to touch, despite still playing music and animating (like the progress bar moving). The solution is to close it from the opened apps list view and open it again. Minimizing and re clicking does fix it. The issue might only happen if the had not been opened for a bit, so parts of it might have been put to sleep by the OS. Samsung Galaxy S10, latest OS, latest Poweramp, but anyway, it's done it for ages.
  6. Yes that fixed both issues. I'm not sure what the visualization is supposed to do but it doesn't seem to be working, anyway, I don't need it. Thanks.
  7. Sorry, the first bug I reported didn't follow instructions, but I fixed it now (forum.powerampapp.com/topic/19969-when-watching-instagram-stories-with-sounds-music-stops-incorrectly/). There are 2 bugs that appeared about a month ago in the beta: -When playing a track, the screen goes black -In the track execution (currently played) view, there is a weird white bar with a padlock on top of the cover, I don't understand what it does Poweramp v3-884 (playstore, beta, up to date) (the problem started to appear about a month ago) Samsung S10 Android 10 One UI 2.1 Open Poweramp, select a track, the screen will go black until swiping down the track cover, it will stay black even after locking and unlocking before You can see both problems in this vide. I haven't changed any settings in Poweramp for months. Screen_Recording_20201004-122153_Poweramp.mp4
  8. If you are watching stories on Instagram and there are 2 in a raw with sound, Powerarm pauses the execution of music, like it's supposed to, but when you skip to the next story, the music restarts over the story sounds, which you won't be able to hear. With other players like PlayerPro this works correctly, the music stays paused until you have finished looking at stories with sounds. My guess is that Instagram sends a "resume music" event quickly followed by another "pause music" event when passing between 2 stories, and Poweramp just ignores the second one, probably because it still hasn't responded to the first or something like that. Poweramp v3-884 (playstore, beta, up to date) Samsung S10 Android 10 One UI 2.1 Open Instagram, find a user with 2 stories that have sounds in a row, play them next to each other Note that the problem has happened for like a year, it always had it.
  9. Just try PlayerPro and see how much more intuitive and fast the interface is
  10. Well i think that is completely wrong and useless implementation. You can click on the library button any time in power amp, and you can always press home to return to launcher. So why have a redundant action when you could actually do something different with it! Back button should go back to exactly where you came from.
  11. Feedback: -Animations speed is not multiplied by the system animation speed, which i find annoying because i don't like waiting for animation to be completed so i set the animation scale to 0 in android developer options. -Add a new "View As" setting for lists as "List - Small" is too large on a Galaxy S7, it's hard to see all the songs of an album in the same screen. You could add "List - Extra Small". -The back button management is still horrible, back should always go back to the last library page you came from, even if you are in the "playing song" view. It should never close the app, for that we have the home button! Why have 2 buttons that do the same thing in most cases? Even you you listening to a song you found from a search, it should go back to the artist anyway. -When i'm listening to a song and i click on the 3 dots and click GO TO ARTIST, i'd expect the "Artist Albums" view, not the "All Artists Songs" view. If statistically most people don't think like me, then make it an option in the settings or add another button, GO TO ARTIST ALBUMS/SONG. -When clicking on an an artist from the search page, you should go into "Artist Albums" view, or again, give the user a setting. -Notifications (e.g. Shuffle Songs And Categories) are always shown on top of important UI elements, blocking their visibility and the ability to click them. -Searching should prioritize Artist over Albums, or give the user the choice over the priority. -If the library only has 1 option (e.g. Artists), you could add an option to go to it directly when trying to go to the library (and a reset button in the general settings), this would make browsing much faster for users like me. -In the previous version you used to be able to click on the 3 dots in the library and start "Shuffle all" and it would shuffle all songs in random order. Now the is no quick way of doing this unless you open the "All Songs view". There should be one. -Make search context based? Or at least add it as an option. For example if you are in an "All Artists Songs" view and you click search, you probably want to search within that list, not the whole library. -Idea/setting: don't clear the search if the new search phrase doesn't return any results, but the previous search phrase had some (e.g. write "The Beatles" and the you accidentally click on another key and everything disappears).
