  1. I think you can try this app, Playlist Backup , It allows us t import and export playlist through sdcard and keep them safe. With Playlist Backup you can easily keep your Android Playlists in sync with your Poweramp Playlists. I found it on google play and want to recommend you.
  2. You should remember that PA allows creating playlist on this app and it offers export to m3u8 format. However, don't forget that PA only import native androi playlist. It imports based on song title. Therefore, you need to create a native androi playlist which PA then can import. I wonder which version you are using. If you use paid version PA, I think it will be ok. For the trial version,we still have a chance to make use of these awesome features: plays all most type of music: mp3, mp4/m4a (incl. alac), ogg, wma*, flac, wav, ape, wv, tta, mpc, aiff- separate powerful Bass and Treble adjustment- replay gain- plays songs from folders and from own library- dynamic queue- lyrics support, including lyrics search via musiXmatch plugin- embed and standalone .cue files support- support for m3u, m3u8, pls, wpl playlists. If you still have problem with this app, try to reinstall it. I suggest you two ways: 1. Go to Google play to download: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maxmpz.audioplayer 2. Download APK file for PC and then transfer it to your devices to install as usual. This link is available: http://choilieng.com/apk-on-pc/com.maxmpz.audioplayer.apk
