  1. I would like to play a playlist in 'shuffle songs' mode. The code above works perfectly for selecting the playlist but I am having difficulty figuring how how to implement the shuffle. Adding 'android.intent.extra.user_query: shuffle' to the PLAY_FROM_SEARCH action below doesn't seem to work, and I've also tried adding a subsequent intent: Action: com.maxmpz.audioplayer.API_COMMAND Extra: cmd:9 Extra: shf:2 Target: Activity But this does not seem to work either. Thanks for any pointers - Action:android.media.action.MEDIA_PLAY_FROM_SEARCH Extra: query: Night Package: com.maxmpz.audioplayer Class: com.maxmpz.audioplayer.PowerampAPIActivity Target: Activity
  2. After further investigation could find no problem with Tasker so resorted to re-installing Poweramp, which fixed the problem.
  3. I have been using Tasker to send intents to control various Poweramp functions (select and play a playlist, etc.) for several years with no problems, but haven't used that functionality for about a year during which time both Tasker and Poweramp had several updates, my OS changed to Android 12, etc., and somewhere along the line something has been broken and now Poweramp seems to ignore any intents sent via Tasker. I know that the command formatting isn't the problem because as noted above these tasks all worked perfectly in the past and nothing has changed. If I run the task manually Tasker indicates normal completion but Poweramp shows no response. I have searched quite a bit but haven't found any mention of this issue so it likely something local, but would like to make a quick query to see if there is any known recent issue that would cause this or if there is anything obvious that I may be missing. I am on Poweramp 925, Tasker 5.14.6, and Android 12 (Pixel 6 Pro.) Thanks for any tips...
  4. Well that may explain it. But I think it would be vastly preferable to enable a functional toggle rather than disable the option to turn it off. Auto-save is quite annoying when it is not desired.
  5. In the 909 parametric equalizer, the 'Auto Save current preset' function seems to be active all the time, regardless of switch setting on the setup page. Also the 'hold Save button to toggle auto-save' feature (on the equalizer screen) only activates auto save and will not deactivate.
