@BROKEN Poweramp doesn't much care whether the screen is active or not, I'm guessing that something in your device is causing this. Does PA get killed, or simply pause where it is?
Andre
I think I figured out the issue. When I change MaterialYouTheme, that's when I have issues. Even on reboot. Then on reboot, the changes I've made disappear. It takes a while for the change to come back. When it does then I have no issues at all.
Changing that setting seems to mess Poweramp up. It takes time for the theme to "settle ".

It gets killed when I press the power button. I've checked keep service, battery set to unrestricted. If the screen times out, everything is fine.
Just to clarify, this doesn't happen all of the time. I'm not sure what is causing it though. This was happening around 3 hours ago, however, now it's not doing it at all. So the cause is very strange.

If the screen times out then Poweramp keeps playing. I just noticed it doesn't do it all the time though. After I posted I started playing my music. I turned off the screen and everything was working correctly. Now today it's back to being buggy.

About a few days ago, when playing Poweramp and I turn off my screen with power button, Poweramp stops playing.
Any ideas? I'm on A13 with beta feature drop

Actually it's impossible to mix some particular things like icons due to resources folders :/. The only way is that Max adds something for developers
Ahhhh ok, that makes perfect sense.

Is it have all features as Rainbow ?
Don't expect to use both skins at the same time. It's a shame really since it would have been nice to mix and match.

New update!!
Version 3.0:
- Added a new beautiful playing screen with a clear album cover ( no buttons on it ) and a new playing bar -> check it under skin options
- Bug fixes
Don't forget also to check BlackLight, another premium skin: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.minar.blacklightpa
I only bought it to support. I like your first theme so I don't see myself using the second. Thank you very much for your work!

The next update will be very awesome. In terms of skin design and in terms of code. Stay tuned
I understand that, but again, that's only going to be a togglable option, correct?
btw, why is the text going to bold out of the blue?

Hi,
I love the default color of your app. But it keeps causing poweramp795 to crash. The only way I can get out of it is to go thru your app>skin options>return back to default skin of poweramp795. I'm using Sprint non root Samsung Galaxy Note 8 os 8.0. I do have substratum running on system ui. I don't know if that has anything to do with the crashes.
Clear app data in Poweramp.

I think it's a Poweramp bug. No issues here on three different devices. Please provide more informations like which phone, which OS version, which Poweramp build, a logcat .. etc thanks
Very very sorry for bothering you. Seems I had to clear data from Poweramp to get the skin to work 100%

Enjoy it !
Unfortunately I can't right now. After I applied the theme, using volume crashes the app.
Is this a bug with your theme, or with 3rd party skins in Poweramp?

No, this is default Poweramp. I can have the color matching on or off. I just need time for Poweramp to "settle". Then everything works correctly.
