  1. Unlikely a skin can do what you list. Skins are about modifying layout, not player functionality
  2. @IFW, that will not work. Apps are digitally signed and it will be this signature that is on the whitelist, not necessarily the name. that would be too simple ..
  3. @drawersystem you can choose to use like/unlike, ratings from 1 to 5 or hide them alltogether. It is an option. The default is like/unlike but the first thing i do on a new Poweramp install is to switch to ratings.
  4. @ArzePoetic, i know i need to improve the drag and drop too. I will work on this in the next few weeks
  5. First of all, the latest versions of Poweramp are much cleverer in resolving playlists. You must ensure however that they are exported from Poweramp (or other apps) in a .m3u or .m3u8 format. These are simple text files so you will not lose anything. Poweramp will try and interpret these. In addition, make sure the file structure / hierarchy of your music remains the same ie retain folders ans subfolders. You should have no problems. Ps ensure Poweramp is able to scan the folder where you place the .m3u playlists. Once they reappear in Poweramp, copy them somewhere else as backups.
  6. Thank you for mentioning my app @andrewilley, at the moment it has the "add to playlist" for a track on a particular playlist. I would need to expand the code to select multiple playlists. I will have a look at this in the coming weeks.
  7. @Mixified i have found that most skins do not install properly on huawei with android v7. I have posted on this previously.
  8. @pauldamoi had to roll back to the previous version. It is fixed in the next release
  9. I have made changes to my $yaps$ skin for a user who has an atoto unit. Perhaps this works for you?
  10. @Someone else, can we continue this conversation by email? I will try and see what i can do.
  11. @RAJ717 perhaps something got lost in translation, you most definately, absolutely, hide the 3 dots menu using my $yaps$ skin
  12. I have now implemented the necessary to ensure settings are not lost. This was a recent addition by maxmp i believe.
  13. My advice is to use a dedicated mp3 tagger. Easiest is to use your pc and look for an mp3 editor. Andre, the forum moderator has his favorite, search this forum for the name, but to answer your 1, once written to the mp3 tag, you will not lose them again. Your no 2 will be dealt with too with any mp3 editor. On android i use mp3tagger but there are many others
  14. @MotleyG and @ScarletNeko, my Yaps skin has no margins top, left, right so it covers the full width. In addition you can hide the rating and menu icon so you have a nice clean look. For those wanting a margin, there is an option to set small, medium or large margin and if that is not enough, you can also choose to set the corners to either very small, small, medium, large or full circle I have not found that the latest Poweramp updates have affected the position of albumart though
  15. V3 skins can do this. Mine certainly does ! There are options to hide almost everything on the main screen
  16. @hypomaniac-eric as i understand it, as each option has its own unique key/identifier, you will be able to retain your presets. For example, in my app to set the colour of a navbar icon has the key yaps_navbar_icons_color_red.
  17. @Mercury, the extra parameters are to ensure skin settings are preserved so this works too. Just create an empty stable-ids.txt and saved it somewhere. The <somewhere> path is then reflected in your gradle file. The double \\ is to ensure the \ is interpreted correctly. the first \ is the escape character to indicate to treat the following character as an ascii char additionalParameters "--stable-ids", "F:\\Android\\Android\\APK\\Poweramp\\stable-ids.txt", "--emit-ids", "F:\\Android\\Android\\APK\\Poweramp\\stable-ids.txt", "--package-id", "0x80", "-I", "F:\\Android\\Android\\APK\\Poweramp\\Poweramp-v3-build-842-uni.apk"
  18. @hypomaniac-eric, the skin sdk has recently been updated and thanks to @Mixified for pointing out the new method. I have now implemented this too
  19. @andrewilley i have no idea how to ensure settings are kept. Especially when a new feature is introduced, you will find the skin reset itself.
  20. How did you try it out?
  21. Looks like it still uses the background. I will fix this
  22. @pauldamoissues have been resolved in the next release
  23. This works aaptOptions { additionalParameters "--package-id", "0x80", "-I", "F:\\Android\\Android\\APK\\Poweramp\\Poweramp-v3-build-842-uni.apk" } Where f:\... etc is your path
  24. Get the latest pa version 842 and put that somewhere . Now reflect the full path including the filename in the gradle build for example: aaptOptions { additionalParameters "--package-id", "0x80", "-I", "F:\\Android\\Android\\APK\\Poweramp\\Poweramp-v3-build-842-uni.apk" }
