  1. Just as a followup, this does *not* appear to be an issue when using an external DAC or wired headphones via the headphone jack - it's only for bluetooth.
  2. @maxmp it sounds like a fairly rough bass boost. I just played around and found eq settings to roughly counteract the effect (ie, with this eq enabled, switching audio processing on and off sounds close to the same). Roughly: 31hz: -7dB 63hz: -7dB 125hz -6dB 1000hz: +3.7dB (high pass) As you can see, it's not a subtle difference. Doqaus Work [Feb 8, 2024 3_07_17 PM].json
  3. Thanks - DVC doesn't seem to make any difference (other than to volume). I've set the no-DVC volume to -4dB which roughly matches the volume when Audio Processing is disabled. There's still a very noticeable difference - as noticable as turning "bass boost" type settings on in other apps. I've attached the audio info.
  4. Any ideas on this? It happens for me on 3 different bluetooth headphones (I haven't tried wired). To expand on what's happening: With Audio Processing enabled, but either a flat EQ or EQ disabled, there is significantly more bass than when Audio Processing is disabled. It also sounds like the highs have been lowered as well. It's making it rather hard to EQ the headphones, because the starting point is (to my ears) much worse once I enable Audio Processing. FWIW, I don't have this issue with EQing in Neutron on the same phone, with the same headphones.
  5. Hi, I've noticed that when EQ is disabled, but Audio Processing is enabled, the sound I'm getting in my bluetooth headphones is significantly different from when Audio Processing is disabled. I've turned off DVC and set No DVC Headroom Gain to 0dB. Is there something I'm missing?
