the tab s7 is pretty good in terms of issues except for the Disney Plus one. just thought I clarify that up quickly.

When using a Samsung S22 running the latest software and the newest build of Poweramp (EQ only), the "Always keep notification" feature never works. Furthermore, the EQ doesn't attach to Disney+ even with advanced player tracking on, resulting in high-pitch screeching and distortion. The same issue occurs when using Spotify and YouTube Music. Since I have two separate Samsung devices, my S22 and my slightly older Samsung Tab S7 11, none of these issues are a problem except for the Disney+ one, which I still don't quite understand. In previous builds, none of these issues ever happened, with many of them starting around mid-2023. I'm not sure what changed all of a sudden.

@maxmpwhen are you going to update your app already?? I know you know it's broken yet don't wanna do anything.

@maxmpcan you fix the "not properly attaching to media player" on one ui 6 issue. This has been a recurring issue since January -To be more specific, what happens is you play some music for example and you adjust bass or any of the frequency band and it just makes this oscillating grumble crackling almost distortion/clipping like what happens when you don't have the limiter enabled, except it is🤔🤷‍♂️

@andrewilley I ment in terms of just equalization alone, as flat eq doesn't need all the extra permissions and such albeit not as good quality sure but my main point being it covers all apps why can't PA-EQ do the same instead of only doing spotify.

like the title says, why must Poweramp (just the equalizer) attach itself to media players and or apps? why attach specifically? why couldn't it just act like a global equalizer and process it without all the extra steps. oh and developer, fix your app already please me and many others are begging you
