  1. I had the same issue with Samsung Galaxy Note 2, v4.1 with 2012 Mazdaspeed3. I just upgraded my Note 2 to android v4.3 with MK4 Modem. Now, the behavior is a little different (and a little better): When the display is on, it appears to work properly. By using the radio controls in the car, I can change songs without pausing. When the display is off OR Poweramp is not in focus (playing in the background), it randomly pauses like it used to with the Android v4.1. At least I feel like I can use my favorite player again. However, I wish it were working 100%. RocketPlayer is a good alternative that works great with Mazda. I guess I'll stick with Rocket Player! Poweramp: v2.0.9 build 539 Phone: Samsung Note 2 (Sprint) SPH-L900Android: v4.3Baseband Version: L900VPUBMK4Kernel Version: 3.0.31Car: 2012 Mazdaspeed3 with Bose system Thank you...
  2. Same issue here. I'll give all the info I can to help the devoloper(s) fix it. Mazdaspeed3 - 2012 Phone: Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Android Version 4.1.2 Perseus KernelI've tried multiple ROMs and Kernels, so I don't think that is the issue. Poweramp: v2.0.9, build 525 I've tried multiple variations of the headset settings without luck. The last couple of versions of Poweramp also had the same issue. I've tried many other players; Poweramp is just the best. Please fix this issue... Note 1: I've tried other players and they all appear to work okay with ONE exception, google cloud player (I think that is what's it called). That player when next song is selected turns off shuffle. Note 2: I use other bluetooth headphones (R36 bluetooth dongle) and Poweramp appears to function perfectly. Also, changing songs with my Pebble watch appears to work perfectly. Note 3: Also, when I change tracks, it does change to the next song, then it pauses.
