@andrewilley it was the 15th oct update, but i tried what you said, resetting the output menu to default and it worked! thank you so much i was stuck at this for days!

After the october update, one of my headphones stopped playing music and now only one headphone plays it. I've tried both Bluetooth and USB C headphones and the issue is the same, left earphone is completely silent. I've checked the headphones and they're fine on media playing from other apps. Any suggestions?
