  1. Maybe PA interpreted "%artist% - %title%" as "%title%" in the scan. But this also doesn't explain the dash between the two tags. If it happens again I will share the file. At the moment everything seems fine. So maybe PA has some Beta-Features nobody knows about 😉
  2. Well, I did a full rescan and now everything seems to be fine. Maybe it's because of the many tracks that some informations are not scanned correctly in the first run. I will have a closer look at it - especially when I add new tracks. If I recap, the mentioned behaviour started after the last time I added more files. So maybe the normal scan doesn't work properliy with that ammount.
  3. No - I didn't edit this file. So I will do a full rescan...again (I needed 2 full rescans to fix the cover-issue). If that doesn't help either, I will share the track.
  4. Hi Andrew, here we go As you see - The Tag-Title is correct. So maybe I just have to fix some preferences. The Option "show Filename instead of tag" is disabled.
  5. Hi there, I have a big music-collection on my phone (>50.000 Songs) and I'm using PA to play music in my car via Android Auto. Since a few weeks I recognize, that some of the Title-Tags are not displayed correctly. e.g.: Track "Shopping" by the Pet Shop Boys: In mp3Tag everything is okay Title-Tag: Shopping / Artist-Tag: Pet Shop Boys. In PA the Title is displayed as "Pet Shop Boys - Shopping" with the Artist "Pet Shop Boys" additionaly. This is happening not with every track, I can't figure out if it is just in samplers (the album with the title mentioned isn't a sampler) - so I can't see a certain source of error. Someone got a hint for me? Or do I just have to make a full scan of the library again (which I did several times because some covers and some tags were missing as well). Thanx
  6. Well, since AA stopped working on the mobile device, it may be a reason that first you have to connect it with a car. Which Version of AA do you use?
  7. So - after a while I finally managed it, that the covers are shown...and it was that simple. I came across an older thread here, where another member had the same problem. The solution was: Turn on "Show album covers on lock screen". Maybe there are too much options in PA, so that it's not always that clear which effects another one 😉
  8. Update: After juggling the options playback on the car head unit works fine. However...Covers/ Album Art still not working...
  9. Hi Andre, i have a folder for every genre (Pop, Electro etc..) and within a folder for each album. Didn't know that that effects the behaviour. I will try to play the album after disableling the advance category. Thanx for your help
  10. I checked it again. PA remembers the song and position. If my last album is at it's end it stopped right at the end of the last song. When I open PA again to choose another album to play (by browsing through my folders), tap on an album and start playing, I always have to toggle the repeat mode to "stop in the last song..."
  11. Is there anothery way to set the Repeat-Mode to "off" in the settings than in the homescreen (or in the widget)? I never change the mode during using PA and close the app or shut down the device normally. So maybe there ist a issue with the app data. btw: a big THANX for your quick and professional help!! It took me like ages to get an answer when sending a mail to the official support...
  12. Hi there, I want PA to stop playing after all songs of one album are played. So I toggle the options to "stop on the last song in category" in the homescreen of the player. When restarting PA this option is always set to "jump to the first song in next category" and I have to toggle it again manually. Is it possible to set my chosen option as default? Thanx for help.
  13. I will try the mentioned options and see if it effects the play/pause-behaviour. As I mentioned before, albumcover works with other players so maybe there is a clash within the options of PA. Normaly, my car has wired AA but I am using the AAwireless-Dongle.
  14. It just pauses and I have to push the "Play"-button on my car head unit (sorry for the incorrect description). You are right - a Play/Pause-Command was sent via BT. But I think this was because the mobile device was unlocked and get locked again after start playing. So I guess I can handle this issue. But still no cover showing 😉 - Other players work fine with covers (Pulsar, Musicolet, Neutron)
  15. Ah...found it - enabled it - but it still won't work. Also PA stops after a few seconds when startet on AA.
