Who should I contact to get this resolved?

Ive been waiting the email after purchasing, I purchased though the website and it has been 19 hours now. I also payed using paypal and got email from them confirming the payment went through. Wondering if anyone knows how long this usually takes. Any information would be greatly appreciated
