  1. I meant to do it when I installed the app. I thought I had already but I looked and it was not enabled. Fixed the issue. Thanks!
  2. Hi, I have a galaxy s21+ on the latest version of Android. I'm on Poweramp build 925. Recently i have noticed that right when I connect to bluetooth, the volume jumps up and down for about 5-10 seconds before becoming stable again. I can see on screen the volume jumping up and down, and I have tried holding the volume up button and also pressing the volume up button rapidly when it happens, but it still bounces around. I have also tried connecting to different bluetooth devices and it happens on all of them. Is there a way to fix this? I have the disable absolute volume setting enabled in developer options, and I can't think of anything else to try. It only lasts a few seconds, but it is very annoying and it just started happening recently.
  3. It seems to be apparent in the background of tracks, while they are playing. Not when there is silence. I have not tried disabling dvc, I will try that.
  4. -it does not happen on players that use the Android media engine -it seems to happen regardless of the output mode -i don't use any dsp effects -i have uninstalled, used sd maid to clear data, and reinstalled as well as used the restore defaults option in the app
  5. Bluetooth devices. I pretty basic Bluetooth earbuds, IEMs with hifi Bluetooth adapters, and Bluetooth in my car
  6. Are there any settings I can try adjusting to fix this?
  7. I have IEMs that I could use but I typically don't because they're bulky. I'm not an expert but it doesn't make sense to me that it could be the earbuds when every other player I've tried is fine.
  8. I started noticing it soon after installing the app so I tried switching output modes from opensl to hi res and also changing the buffer size to large but neither seemed to work. I'm using some cheap-ish wireless earbuds that I haven't had an issue with until now. I don't disagree that there might be sounds you hear with Poweramp that you wouldn't hear with other apps, but if it were truly the files wouldn't the sound show up consistently every time the file is played, in the same spot? That is not what is happening here
  9. happens with FLACs and mp3s. Mp3s are 320kbps and FLACs are varying bitrates. If it does happen I go back to the point in the track where it happens and play it again to see if it is the track, and usually it does not happen the second time through, if that makes sense. It also does not happen with other music players, playing the same track
  10. I'm on build 911. It's over Bluetooth, not using any eq, only the limit option
  11. I have a Samsung Galaxy s21 and Ive noticed a slight squeaking sound on playback that seems to be random. What settings can I adjust to fix it?
