Well, normally apps saves it's progresses when you put them on background and don't losses it when you clear it from cache. It dosen't matter if it's consumes less or high power because eventually it will be closed/cleared by user or system. And since we are under the "Poweramp Feature Requests" topic; push = no, suggestion = yes.

Hım, so Poweramp dosen't have real exit option if you are not gonna use it long time. Then maybe having a small "exit" option is more practical instead of leaving app at background all time just because it can't save progress if its closed by system or user.

Well thanks for your reply but i think i wasnt enough clear to descripe the problem; I am not force-closing Poweramp... Since Poweramp dosent have an exit option, to go to my homescreen i am using back key till i exit app. And in this case Poweramp still running in background as you can see when you hit app switcher/recent apps menu key. (Standart android navigation keys.) Clearing Poweramp from there with clear all button or swiping the Poweramp up.

Hi, How to make Poweramp play a song from beginning after exit and cleared from recent app menu? I am paying a song from my playlist. Pausing song and moving to beginning (to 00:00) either with sliding visualization or by long pressing pause button. If i go back and exit with back button and re open Poweramp - song is at beginning. But if i clear Poweramp from recent app menu and re open Poweramp - song is at where it played already. Do i missing some sort of setting?
