It's YAPS, of course. But the type of skin you use is not important I guess. Album blur settings are allocated by Poweramp main app. Try to set more blur, more saturation and get darker right there! Those Beatles and Metallica albums are barely readable even if you hold the physical records in your hands, I suppose. 😉 Did you try background for text? Has this been discussed before?

On my device, album blur seems to be primarily generated by small coloured elements within the white cover, so I never experienced those problems. Even yellow cover and yellow text is not an issue. More examples possible if required. My album blur settings are quite saturated and tendentially dark.

Does anyone share the issue of misaligned entries in list view? Theo is just trying to find out about it.

Oh no, my songs are completely tagged including all artwork! It's just about the artwork headers of playlists, showing any pictures from my device's photo folder. Those disappear from time to time. Playlists showing the artwork of the first song I put into a respective list are not affected.

Good Idea! Main app is kept on the internal storage, but artwork folder is not. So i'll try to copy it to internal and give it a new path. Thank you! 👍 Btw- I never experienced any problems with that music folder on sd. Once assigned (half a year before) and reliably approved until now, even after having Android 12 installed.

No rescan activity and no problems concerning the folder path on my phone but Poweramp is loosing playlist artwork from time to time. Pictures previously allocated within the app and stored on sd (same as music folder). Samsung A72, Android 12, build 925

I prefer a clean surface, currently combining dark backgrounds with the new golden theme provided by yaps. There is a lot of stuff to play with. Great! 😃
