I'm using a Galaxy s7 Edge running marshmallow 6.0.1 and both the full screen lock and widget display correctly for me. I'm running the stock rom on the s7 Edge so that's probably why I'm not currently seeing the issue. My Note Edge is running 5.1.1 with a custom rom as well, but I'd have to fire it up to see if I have any 19.3 images there.
