How to clear and rescan library?

I've just installed the full version of Poweramp and noticed something odd in the list of artists.

 

For instance, I have 3 albums by 10cc, but, in the Artist list it has 2 entries...."10CC" and "10cc". The 10CC entry has just 2 songs - these songs are also attributed to 10cc!!!!

 

I have used MP3TAG to look at metadata and cannot see why it has done this as I cannot see any data for 10CC anywhere.

 

So, I wondered if the best thing would be to clear out the library and do a full rescan. Is this possible and, if it is, how can I do this?

Please ensure you have exactly your music folders selected in Poweramp Settings / Folders and Library / Music Folders.
