However, when I use the phone the music increases volume instead of switching off??? I have ticked the focus change tick box in the settings, so it should pause the music. This does not happen with the standard music player that is installed in the unit. Poweramp is installed on an in car aftermarket android player. I also tried version 3 to no avail. andrewilley Posted November 30, 2017 Share Posted November 30, 2017 Try the volume ducking mode in v3, that should reduce the volume during short focus changes (such as notifications). It might be worth reporting it via the Get Support > Contact function in the app, as it would seem to be something related to your particular device.
