When willing to play music through my network I cannot choose Poweramp to play it?

I wonder why Poweramp cannot be choosen to play my music through every way in my network; it should be a standard basic thing I think?

Not sure what you are asking - are you asking for PA to playback song files stored elsewhere on your network (on a NAS for example) or are you asking for PA to stream its local playback audio to some other device on your network (via Chomecast, DLNA device, etc) ? Sadly neither are possible at the moment, but some such features are on the long-term roadmap.
