Poweramp v3 - Next Beta Release Planned for April 2018   03/14/2018

As you may be aware, the Poweramp developer has been working hard on an updated material design user interface for Poweramp v3 which required a full ground-up rebuild of the code and is taking some time to get to a beta-test stage. See the forum thread for more details and to discuss, but it is currently hoped that the next Beta Test release will be ready for April 2018.

  1. Please add this to the Windows 10 store so I can get it on my PC. Please, I will even purchase it again just so I can have it on my computer. I would do almost anything to have Poweramp on my computer instead of always haveing to use my phone. PLEASE
  2. Please add a PC version so I can use it when I do stuff on my computer. If necessary I would be more than willing to buy it again for my computer. you could add it to the window's store and I could get it that way because I have windows 10 on my PC . Please. Poweramp is the best music playing app I have ever.

  4. As my Logitech Touch is coming to the end of its life, I am looking for a future alternative. At the moment the Logitech connects via Ethernet to my music collection on my PC. I was thinking of loading Poweramp onto a large screen iPad device using WiFi to replace the ethernet connection. Can you tell me if Poweramp will work with this configuration. Also, would it be possible to WiFi control the app on the large screen via my smartphone as the Logitech app does? Does anyone know of a device that has an Ethernet port - much better that WiFi, with no drop outs. Any alternative suggestions would be appreciated.
  5. I think a lot of people would like this request. I am talking about wireless sync with PC/MAC/Linux. Can we have this feature?
  6. It'll be really nice if you guys develop a Poweramp for desktops. I would definitely use Poweramp over Windows Media Player and iTunes. Right now, there aren't that many good desktop media players, and so I think Poweramp is a good candidate in helping people withdraw from those infamous players. Poweramp, to me is way better because it focuses on music and music quality rather than content purchases and ads. Other music players are stale, boring, kind of ugly, and lacks that passion/flare for music/sound. If you make Poweramp for desktops and enable syncing it with mobile, I'm all in. Looks way better, has more and better functions, and it is actually fun to use. Poweramp totally has potential against iTunes and WMP. As long as it is basically free to use and can run on Windows/Osx/Linux desktop and do all the necessary functions, I think a lot more people will appreciate it. It should be the superiority alternative to iTunes most definitely. Anyone want the same?
  7. I bought Poweramp for my Android device and am having trouble gettings songs onto it from my PC. I know there are some WMA files that Poweramp can not handle; however, I am having trouble with m4a songs. Some of these were initially in the WMA format but I erased thhose and re-ripped into m4a. I used to receive an error message someting like not all file formats are support. Now all I receive is transferred failed in a separate Winamp window. Is Winamp the right PC program? Should I be using another? What am I doing wrong?
  8. Hi, is there any playlist format that I can copy to my phone so that I can modify and use the playlist in Poweramp and copy it back to my computer WITHOUT using the import/export function in Poweramp? Thank you!
