      Poweramp v3 Project Update   04/24/2017

As you may be aware, the Poweramp developer has been working hard on an updated material design user interface for Poweramp v3 which required a full ground-up rebuild of the code and is taking some time to get to a beta-test stage. See the forum thread for more details and to discuss.

  1. If I pause a track the sound glitches/stutters for a few milliseconds before resuming to normal playback. I'm using the 703 playstore build on a FiiO X5 III
  2. FiiO media players have dedicated hardware buttons, i.e. play/pause and two buttons to skip the tracks. Unfortunately Poweramp dies if I hit any of the buttons, I have to kill the app and restart it in order to resume playback. It would be nice if Poweramp did not crash when pressing the button Poweramp could react in the expected way, i.e. pause/resume of skip the track
  3. Hi, I'm for some reason can't get the output icon in the audio section settings to change into 96k I have galaxy S5 and a fiio alpen 17k alpen.
  4. Hi all, I'm interested in buying the unlocked version of Power amp to use on my Fiio x7. The problem in facing is that the X7 is not supporting buying apps from the store and has no options to create mail accounts as explained in Poweramp FAQs. Has anyone ever successfully unlocked Poweramp on the X7 or can explain me which is the correct procedure to do so? best regards Paolo
  5. Hello everyone: my question is, does anyone know how I can deal with stuttering/skipping when listening to music via a headphone amp (FiiO E17) connected to the micro USB port of a Moto G phone? I do realise this is a VERY specific question, and that it is pretty amazing I can get any audio playback at all via USB, but it would be a really pretty sweet setup - the audio only skips a little, but is otherwise superb quality. I have played with the buffering (and pretty much every other control), but nothing seems to shake the stutter/skipping. Any suggestions very welcome!
