  1. Not sure how feasible this is, but I'm imagining essentially a stripped down version of the main app, with a UI more suited to WearOS, that can be installed on it. It would normally just control the connected phone, but you could also configure Poweramp to send over a random assortment of music (perhaps either random, by category, or a specific playlist) in the background, so you can listen to it straight from your watch while your phone is disconnected. It'd be the same files with the same audio output advantages, but without needing your phone. Plus, the UI being controlled by Poweramp on the watch means you can scroll through your lists and adjust repeat and shuffle modes specific to Poweramp, straight from your watch.
  2. I'm not sure what the hacking scene is around AAOS cars, but maybe a bit of additional support for sideloading could be good in the interim? There's no way it isn't possible.
  3. I agree with you, that would be literally the perfect place in the UI for a queue button.
  4. My suggestion is for there to be some kind of button just like these, in the main app. So you can skip forward and back in the shuffle order without having to reshuffle the list.
  5. The stuff to the right of the watch face are "tiles" which are basically widgets that can be supplied by apps on the watch. They're a little bit interactive, but not much, you'll notice that if you're looking at the tile and tap the volume icon, the full Media Controller app opens up to do it. When you tap the little bouncing music note, or open the app from the list, those do the same thing, i.e. open the full Media Controller app. It's a bit annoying, but the technical differences between them explain it. You'll notice similar things with other tiles, tapping on them always opens up the full app on the watch, and all the tiles can do is change visually (and open a different part of the app based on where you tapped, or in the case of the media controller, not open anything and just change tracks.)
  6. Hmm. Are you looking at the tile or having actually launched the Media Controller app on the watch? The tile looks identical, but only lives to the right of the watch face. Either way, Max probably knows how/why it works, and thus, he could add a UI section that does what it does.
  7. I have a GW4C. If I open the full media controller app, there's a little pill at the bottom. I can swipe up on that and see a queue. If I choose a song on that list, Poweramp will skip back or forward to that song. Here's a couple pics.
  8. I know editing the list will be difficult. However, I have something interesting to note. On my WearOS watch, I can already see a queue of upcoming songs and even choose one in the past or upcoming to skip to. I think all it would take to allow removing would be to allow a song to be marked for skipping. As for adding songs to the list, I'm not sure how exactly it would work. But, I think for the time being, adding a bit in the UI that just does the same thing I can do on my watch, would be enough for 90% of users, and further functionality can be focused on later.
  9. Seeking while the audio is currently ducking for one reason or another breaks. If you seek while the audio is ducking, the volume will jump back up to normal before it should. Alternatively, if you restart a song while the audio is ducking, it will be stuck low until you pause and play again.
  10. I've noticed this while using Poweramp in WSA, though these requests would apply to tablets and Chromebooks as well. - When using the arrow keys to navigate, if you highlight the album art, left and right will switch the song, but only visually. Pressing play will play the song that was on the screen when you navigated another way. - Wake the UI (visualizer on) when the cursor moves, rather than waiting for a click (or "tap"). - (potential option?) Single click for select, double click for play in the list. It's definitely possible to differentiate between clicks and taps - Solid Explorer already does it. - Open the details menu when clicking on the title, go to the list when clicking on the art. (since a mouse cursor is far more accurate than a finger) - Add tooltips for buttons in the UI. Obviously, these can be added at your discretion, but I think better mouse and keyboard support would be beneficial regardless of your preferences of how exactly to do it.
  11. Perhaps the option showing an image of choice while not playing. Or showing the album art while visualization is off, and showing the visualization while it's on (in the main UI.)
  12. Title. Basically I want to be able to save these into presets. Maybe a "global" button? If off it uses presets, if on it overrides all presets?
  13. Interesting. Well, that's good to know. Thanks!
