Your music needs to be stored in a locally accessible location to the device (such as SD Card or USB OTG drive). You may be able to use symbolic folders (such as a CIFS manager) to mount the NAS as a folder on the phone's file system, but if the NAS device is ever unavailable, the next Poweramp rescan will remove its contents from the local PA library database, so it's not really very advisable.
