What is best setting good sound and good bass for using sony extra bass mdrxb50ap?

The setting that sounds best to you, it's a personal thing and no one can give you a definitive answer for your ears I'm afraid. By 'good bass' do you mean controlled and refined, or just loud? Most people sadly mean the latter.   Play around in the equaliser settings and see what works best for you anyway.

No point really, I usually run mine flat. On my headset for night-time low level listening I tweak the bass end up a tiny bit, but that's it really.

ok. Are u using the Poweramp alpha build 702 version, the themes as been disable. why?

Skins are not enabled in the alpha build. That's why it is described as an alpha (not even beta) test version, it's not complete yet. No one is forcing you to be a tester though.

Not sure how that is related to this subject of choices of EQ settings for your headphones though?
