I did a hard reset and still have the same issue.Tried The DVC off and on then skip four songs and volume decreases still. I've tried multiple times trying To get answers but no. Hopefully they fix it in the next update.you have to disable the DVC all together. When the DVC is disabled, this is no longer an issue. But the DVC is the main reason this application is so much better than the other media players so disabling it is kind of a bummer. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The DVC works for a few songs and randomly shuts down after playing a few songs or after skipping through songs.
