      Poweramp v3 Project Update   04/24/2017

As you may be aware, the Poweramp developer has been working hard on an updated material design user interface for Poweramp v3 which required a full ground-up rebuild of the code. It is hoped this will be ready for final beta-testing by the end of the May. See forum thread for more details and to discuss.

Android Auto

Guys, could you please look at making Poweramp android auto compatible. Then I can listen through Poweramp in my car instead of Google Play Music.

Thanks!

I'd love to see this feature get some traction by the Poweramp crowd, and get this on the list for implementation into the product soon.  I echo the others on these forums that Google Play isn't even close to Poweramp.

Android Auto would be a great feature to add to Poweramp. I can listen to music playing through Poweramp through Bluetooth with limited features but cannot access the music on my phone when it is plugged in and Android Auto is active.

It seems to me like this is the most missed feature in the last months.

But it still is not even in the poll for the most requested features. :(
