  1. When using a null character for tagging multiple artists in MP3 files, the artists are not split as they should be. I do this by typing "\\" in the mp3tag program, which according to them inputs a null character as required by the ID3v2.4 specs for multiple artists although this is informally applied to ID3v2.3 as well. Splitting multiple artists works perfectly for FLAC files using this method. For MP3 files, using characters like ";" or "/" and defining them as a symbol to split artists in Poweramp works as well. The only thing that doesn't work is using null characters in MP3 files. I believe this to be classified as a bug since the null character is what is specified for multiple artists in the ID3 specs and it is not working in Poweramp. I am hoping to see this bug fixed because I believe Poweramp is the best music player on Android, and the dev seems quite active responding to bugs and feature requests. Poweramp build: 933 Device: Samsung Galaxy S8 Android version: 9 Steps to reproduce: Use null characters as delimiters for multiple artists in tags for MP3 files
  2. Hello there, Been using Poweramp for quite a while now. Loving the recent update and features. My question is on DVC and output settings. I currently use an LG V60 phone and this phone has 3D sound app similar to dolby atmos. I use it for that 3D sound effect which I prefer with music and watching videos. I have stereo expand in Poweramp at %100, I personally like that feature when listening to music. I listen to mp3 320kbs and m4a 256kbs files I always kept DVC on with previous devices, I noticed that it sounds quieter when turned off. I use AAudio output. 1. Does DVC maintain high sound quality, should I keep it on and can I use it whilst 3D sound app is on? 2. And should I continue to use AAudio output instead of other settings like Hi-res, considering I listen to standard files mp3 and m4a only. Just making sure for better listening experience. Please advise and thankyou.
  3. Hi, I noticed that my library had some albums with different songs that were louder/quieter, and everytime I changed a song I had my ears blasted because the volume was not even. I took a good afternoon to apply RG to all the tracks with Foobar2000, but isn't it possible to implement a feature that could calculate for each track a RG value and save it? Manually doing it was pretty hard for me but it ended up well. Thanks in advance.
  4. I have hundreds of songs downloaded to Poweramp, but a majority of them do not have an official "title", just the mp3 file's name. The problem is that Poweramp still shows the ".mp3" at the end. It would be nice if there was a setting where the app just checks if a title has ".mp3" in it and automatically remove it. You could even include a kind of whitelist in case a song's title is actually supposed to have ".mp3" in it.
